Two leaders with the San Antonio Zoo were named in the Top 50 Zoo and Aquarium Influencer List for “their work that has inspired others, affected real change, and created groundbreaking initiatives,” said zoo officials.

This newfound title comes just months after Blooloop named the wildlife park #2 in the U.S. for its animal welfare, education, and conservation efforts.

On the overall list of top 17 zoos & aquariums in the U.S., the San Antonio Zoo came in at No. 4.
