SAN ANTONIO San Antonio Police Department Chief William McManus is headed to a search scene where officers said a woman was found dead near a frontage road on the Southeast Side. The woman was found Sunday morning near a brushy area off of a frontage road on I-410 and I-37. Officers were seen searching the area for quite some time. However, limited details surrounding the womans death are available as of yet. This is a developing story and well add more updates as they become available.
