The Big Texas Comicon has announced another celebrity guest: wrestling Hall of Famer Sting.

The Big Texas Comicon has announced some stars who will head to the fifth annual event, which takes place on Oct. 11-13.

SAN ANTONIO Another popular event has been canceled in San Antonio during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Big Texas Comicon recently made the announcement that this Septembers event at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center would have to be canceled. Fiesta San Antonio canceled for 2020 because of coronavirusThe announcement states that there simply wasnt a way to protect the health of attendees, guests, artists, vendors and staff. Austin City Limits music festival canceled for 2020 because of coronavirusBig Texas Comicon does plan to return in 2021. Other big events to cancel this year include Fiesta, Oktoberfest in Fredericksburg and the State Fair of Texas.
