Crash between two vehicles turns deadly

San Antonio police have identified a man killed after he crashed into a wall divider on Highway 90. Ruben Alejandro Cisneros, 24, died in the crash around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Highway 90 W, according to police. Police say Cisneros was driving eastbound and struck the wall divider between the main lanes and the exit to Zarzamora Street. He hit the wall head-on and was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
