Under Armor’s new sport mask claims it has antimicrobial properties. Price told CNN that there may be a future in antimicrobial technology, but right now there is just too incomplete a picture.

The pandemic pushed pause on the fashion industry across the globe, an industry that is both a creative mecca and on the world’s most significant fiscal heavyweights. Forbes claims that store closures and down sales lead to western fashion brands cancelling over 2.8 billion dollars in orders from Bangladeshi suppliers. Dozens of luxury brands have stepped up, like Tiffany and Company, Prada and Dolce and Gabbana, all rallying and donating to hospitals and those at the center of the crisis. In the luxury sector, brands are predicted to experience a 10 billion dollar decline in luxury sales, and overall the industry could lose $30-40 billion in sales.

We could all stand to save a few bucks whenever we can, so why not declutter your bathroom and start using some beauty products that can do more than one thing? SAN ANTONIO – The fate of Fiesta 2020 remains in limbo due to San Antonio’s surging COVID-19 case count, but fans can still take in the tradition at an upcoming exhibit. The Witte Museum will open the “Fiesta Couture: Behind the Seams” exhibit on Saturday, shining a light on the art and skill that go into the making of the dresses worn in the Coronation of the Queen of the Order of the Alamo. City to make announcement on Fiesta this week, mayor saysAccording to the Witte, the annual event is organized around a theme that is selected two years in advance. The exhibit is included in the museum admission. Fiesta was postponed in the spring as the city saw the first impacts of the coronavirus crisis.

(CNN) -- Dancewear companies around the world are pledging to introduce different shades of skin-colored clothing after dancers demanded greater inclusiveness. Australian dancewear company Bloch also promised to include a wider range of darker shades in its upcoming season. While offering darker color shades in shoes, tights and leotards is a first step, there are other issues Bell would like to see the dance world address. Bell said many black dancers are "forced to straighten their hair and go to extreme lengths to assimilate to the standards set by white dance directors." Bell said the fight for representation and equality is not over, and she plans to continue advocating for dancers of color.
