They finished in central Athens at the Panathenian Stadium, the marble venue used for the opening and closing ceremonies of the inaugural 1896 Games. Irina Korzhanenko of Russia became the first woman to win a gold medal at the ancient site that birthed the Olympics. The gold medal instead went to Argentina, a team led by Manu Ginobili.

Sanchez and the woman walked away but returned to drag his body off the patio, according to investigators. After they moved his body about 20-30 feet, they replaced the table and chairs into their original positions and left. San Antonio police released surveillance images of the pair on Friday, asking for the publics assistance in identifying the witnesses. Police said the woman came forward and identified Sanchez, who she said used to be a bartender at the bar.
