A San Antonio doctor arrested in Belize after fleeing the United States to evade sentencing on multiple child pornography charges is back in Bexar County, according to court records.

A man wanted on multiple child pornography charges was arrested in Belize after fleeing the United States to evade prosecution, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Dr. Gregory Roth, 65, was taken into custody Wednesday on the third-degree felony charge.
