SEGUIN, Texas – Happy Hour is coming back to some bars in Guadalupe County. According to a news release, Guadalupe County officials have decided to opt in to allow bars in the county to reopen. Bars will be allowed to reopen in Guadalupe County if the following conditions are met:Each bar or similar establishment shall complete, sign, and submit a Bar Registration form to Guadalupe County for approval. Bars or similar establishments within Guadalupe County seeking approval to open can obtain a form on the Guadalupe County Website. Guadalupe County is the second county in the San Antonio area in the past two days to announce it will opt in.

Comal County Judge Sherman Krause has decided to opt in to allow bars in the county to reopen, a news release said Monday. County judges must approve the decision to reopen bars. Comal County officials consulted with health officials, mayors, TABC and law enforcement to develop a strategy to reopen bars and similar establishments. The strategy included the development of an Open Safe Plan that bar owners are asked to complete and submit to the county for approval. Comal County’s Open Safe Plan can be viewed below:

Becca Kufrin is no longer sure what the future holds for her relationship with Garrett Yrigoyen. The former Bachelorette opened up about the difficult conversations she was having with her fianc last week, following his post supporting cops amid the Black Lives Matter movement. Kufrin called Yrigoyen's Instagram "tone-deaf," and revealed that her sister had also spoken to her, upset with Yrigoyen's post. "I know Garrett has a good heart, but the fact that he is willing to equate Blue Lives Matter to Black Lives Matter shows me that you don't get it. You face dangers, you take an oath to serve and protect... nobody is saying that your lives don't matter," she added.
