Greg Kihn, a rock and roll musician best known for his '80s hit songs “Jeopardy” and “The Breakup Song,” has died.

Current “Jeopardy!” powerhouse Amy Schneider made history once again earlier this week when she won her 39th game, becoming the contestant with the second-most consecutive victories of all time.

A New York resident and “Jeopardy” contestant who was stumped this week by a clue about his state’s governor got a do-over.

With rumors swirling on the internet that “Jeopardy!” executive producer Mike Richards is going to replace the late and great Alex Trebek as host of the show, we wanted to know: Who was your favorite guest host over the past few months?

Ever since Alex Trebek sadly died last year, America’s favorite game show, “Jeopardy!” has been rotating through a number of different hosts, including longtime contestant Ken Jennings, journalist Katie Couric, and now, NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers.

It’s still hard to believe that the iconic host of “Jeopardy!”, Alex Trebek, died Sunday after a long battle with cancer. It most certainly did, and the show’s Twitter account tweeted back that the picture made Trebek smile. Today we honor Alex Trebek. Alex Trebek did nothing but make you feel cool for being smart for 30 minutes every day for 36 years. And he stands up and it’s Alex Trebek.

Alex Trebek never pretended to have all the answers, but the “Jeopardy!” host became an inspiration and provided solace to Americans who otherwise are at odds with each other. He commanded his turf — the quiz show’s stage — but refused to overshadow its brainy contestants. And when he faced the challenge of pancreatic cancer, which claimed his life Sunday at age 80, he was honest, optimistic and graceful. Trebek died at his Los Angeles home, surrounded by family and friends, “Jeopardy!” studio Sony said. Here is an update on Trebek as he blows out the candles on a milestone birthday. Speaking to the New York Times, Trebek said hes had trouble sleeping and is often in pain as he goes through chemotherapy. Trebek said that he will plan on stopping treatment if his current treatment methods dont work. It doesnt bother me in the least.During the COVID-19 pandemic, Trebek has found time to write a memoir called The Answer Is...: Reflections on My Life, which was scheduled to be released Tuesday. For the re-airing of those episodes, Trebek taped introductions of those old shows from a studio in his Los Angeles home, which he said gave him a huge boost.
