This week, the Michelin Guide revealed its list of outstanding hotels in the United States. A San Antonio hotel earned one of the guide’s rarest distinctions.

Having Michelin-starred restaurants will add even more credibility to an already respected and diverse culinary scene, according to TRA Chief Public Affairs Officer Kelsey Erickson Streufert.

We asked KSAT viewers to submit restaurants they think should be mentioned in the guide.

The first Texas edition, which will be released later this year, will include Austin Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio.

San Antonio restaurants will soon be included among eateries that will be featured in the inaugural edition of the prestigious MICHELIN Guide Texas.
