Another local restaurant owner is stepping in to help Alice 'Ma" Harper, whose Ma Harper's Creole Kitchen is going through a rough patch financially.

Ma Harper, known for her gumbo and other Creole dishes on the menu at Ma Harper’s Creole Kitchen, is known for giving back to the community. But this Friday, a one-day Creole-Asian cuisine collaboration will be held to give back to her.
