A man accused of orchestrating a drive-by shooting that led to the death of a 2-year-old last month is in custody on a capital murder charge, according to San Antonio police.

A teenager is in jail on a capital murder charge following the shooting death of a 2-year-old girl but the man San Antonio police believe orchestrated the entire thing is still under investigation and has not been arrested.

A 2-year-old girl is dead after a drive-by shooting on the city’s North Side, according to San Antonio Police Chief William McManus.
