Read full article: U.S. Marshals: 8 highly endangered children in Indianapolis area recoveredMarshals Service and other agency partners were able to recover eight highly endangered children throughout the Indianapolis area in an operation dubbed Homecoming.From Aug. 31- Sept. 4, federal investigators, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children worked to recover eight children deemed highly endangered by the agency. According to a press release by the agency, the children were considered the most at-risk and challenging recovery cases in the area. The agency said the recovered children were turned over to the Indiana Department of Child Services for victim assistance and placement. The Marshals are committed to assisting state and local agencies with locating and recovering endangered missing children to help prevent their falling victim to crimes of violence and exploitation, McClain said. Daybell is married to Lori Vallow, whose children -- 17-year-old Tylee Ryan and 7-year-old Joshua "JJ" Vallow -- have not been seen since September. Vallow is currently awaiting trial for multiple charges, including two felony counts of desertion and nonsupport of children, according to a criminal complaint filed with an Idaho court. Here's what we know -- and don't know know -- about the search for the children that began in November. Vallow and Daybell married in November, not long after their previous spouses died and Vallow's children were last seen.

Chad Daybell was taken into custody Tuesday, according to police in the small town of Rexburg. The attorney representing both Chad and Lori Daybell, Mark Means, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Lori Daybell has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her and Chad Daybell has not been charged in connection with the case. Law enforcement officers first searched Chad Daybell's home on Jan. 3, removing more than 40 items including several pieces of computer equipment.
