SAN ANTONIO – The Pearl Brewing Company was established in 1881, and as years have passed and improvements have been made, the original buildings that make up the Pearl are still largely unchanged. The Pearl has become a San Antonio icon and was previously named one of the Great Places in America by the American Planning Association.
