KSAT 12 will premiere āUp Close with Isis Romeroā with two back-to-back episodes starting at 9 p.m. Sept. 7, with subsequent episodes to follow in December. āWeāre very proud of the breakthrough storytelling Isis has created with this program, and weāre excited for viewers in South Texas to see it,ā said KSAT 12 Vice President/General Manager Phil Lane. The first episode, entitled āFinal Days,ā gives an in-depth look at the 1992 murder of Theresa Rodriguez, with Romero bearing witness to the execution of her killer in Huntsville earlier this year. Romero worked closely with veteran KSAT photographer Eddie Latigo on the project and also serves as executive producer and host of each half-hour episode.
