The Pig Stand building at 1508 Broadway St., home to the last location of the erstwhile diner chain, is set to be demolished, according to municipal records.

About 200 prized piggies and other Pig Stand memorabilia will be auctioned off in the restaurant parking lot on Saturday.

After 100 years, the Pig Stand on Broadway served its last meal on Sunday.
