Jamaiya Miller said that on Dec. 16 she was physically assaulted while trying to deliver a package at the Belle Meade at River Oaks apartment complex.

Houston police said a man was gunned down Thursday evening in the River Oaks area and that the shooting suspects are still on the loose.
