The intersection will be closed from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 22 as construction crews work to fill in the street. The intersection is the last area requiring work as part of the voter-approved 2017 bond project.

A plan to improve FM 1103 from I-35 to Rodeo Way in Comal and Guadalupe Counties has been in the planning stages for years. The project kicked off last November but came to a screeching halt weeks ago.
