Arkansas State Police say the body of a 6-year-old boy was found buried under the floor of a house in eastern Arkansas and his mother and a man were arrested for his death.

Justine Garcia, 24, has been charged with intoxication assault and marijuana possession following the crash, which seriously injured an infant that was in the vehicle, police said. Police say the 3-month-old baby suffered a fractured skull and contusion to the head. Her vehicle was the only one involved in the crash, police say. SAPD said the baby was secured in a child seat, but the child seat was not properly attached to the rear seat. The eastbound lanes of I-10 were shut down in the area for about three hours while police investigated the crash.
