Judge William "Cruz" Shaw has overseen several cases recently involving especially young children. One of them is a 12-year-old who is accused of making threats about a school shooting.

The number of cases involving children making some type of terroristic threat is becoming more common, according to Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar.
