AdEvery source of energy ā including wind, solar, coal, natural gas, and nuclear ā was affected in some way by the temperatures, Gold-Williams said. Roughly two-thirds of the CPS Energy grids continue to have rotating outages.

Roughly two-thirds of the CPS Energy grids will continue to have rotating outages during that time. Paula Gold-Williams, CPS Energy president and CEO, on Monday said the bulk of the outages residents are experiencing are due to the rotations. Moreno said CPS Energy has also asked for critical services to conserve energy. AdAs of 11 a.m., about 320,000 customers in Bexar County are affected by power outages.
