SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS ā San Antonio police say a woman, identified Thursday as 65-year-old Oralia Gonzalez Castillo, was hit by a pickup and killed on the cityās Northeast Side after she had just left a nearby restaurant where she bought breakfast tacos.

By all accounts, Gonzalez Castillo had crossed in the middle of the dark street, away from any crosswalks, police said.

According to a worker at the restaurant, Gonzalez Castillo appeared to be on her way to work at a food processing plant across the street.
