The Longhorn Cafeās menu touts the āOriginal Big Juicyā burger. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has āOriginal Big Juicyā and āHome of the Original Big Juicyā registered to Longhorn Cafe. Weissman said he has never had a customer or incident where Mr. Juicy was confused with Longhorn Cafeās Original Big Juicy.
