So.Tex smoked mac n cheese with baconIngredients:Large elbow macaroni, cooked2 eggs3 cups milk8 tablespoons melted butter6 ounces evaporated milkSeason AllSalt1 ounce tequila1 cup mild shredded cheddar1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese4 ounces cheese sauceSmoked bacon, crumbled (as much or as little as you like)Directions:Make sure the smoker is at 200F. Whisk eggs, milk, butter, evaporated milk, Season All, salt and tequila in a large bowl. Add cheeses to cooked macaroni in a large bowl. Pour into large, disposable sheet pan and sprinkle bacon pieces on top.
