Bexar County Commissioner Justin Rodriguez, who represents Precinct Two, said he had wanted to give those voters more options. “But, I couldn’t get everything done that we wanted to.”He said for instance, having several drop-off locations instead of one at the Bexar County Elections Office would have been helpful. He also strongly urges seniors and mobility-impaired voters, if possible, to take advantage of extended early voting from October 13-30, or request a mail-in ballot before October 23. Arriola, a Republican, and Niyakan, a Democrat, show their support for their party’s pick for the presidential seat by decorating their lawn with both candidate’s campaign signs. Arriola said he hopes the lawn can show people that differences in political ideologies do not have to end in arguments, but rather cooperation. “I just tell him to keep his signs that way and I keep mine that way,” Niyakan joked.

The Secretary of State’s Office said the application did not come from its office and that third-party groups often use mailing lists to get names and addresses. “Third-party groups all over the country are targeting Georgia to help register qualified individuals," the Secretary of State's Office said in a statement.
