It appears the driver didnāt notice the construction barrels until it was too late, according to one investigator at the scene. Bikes are allowed in the park, but cyclists are asked to walk their bikes across the new land bridge for safety.

The traffic stop happened near Wurzbach Parkway and Exchange Parkway. During the stop, the sheriffs office said deputies discovered a cardboard box containing the drugs. Jay Haggard, 34, was also arrested for Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Methamphetamine, BCSO said. According to BCSO, Haggard and Hernandez are documented gang members and Hernandez is currently on federal probation for a previous drug-related conviction.
