A 38-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were taken to University Hospital in critical condition. The driver of the Nissan and a passenger of the Ford were also transported to University Hospital with non-critical injuries, police said. AdInvestigators say the driver of the Nissan admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and was evaluated for intoxication and will now be charged with DWI.

Police said the woman was driving a sedan and struck an SUV, causing it to rollover. SAPD, the San Antonio Fire Department and EMS were on the scene of the crash.

SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are searching for suspects who they say attempted to break into a Chase Bank ATM early Monday morning. The attempted theft was reported around 4:45 a.m. in the 3700 block of Colony Drive, not far from Wurzbach Road and Interstate 10. According to SAPD, the suspects possibly used two to three vehicles in the attempt, including one that was stolen out of Von Ormy. A possible suspect vehicle was left in a car wash in the same parking lot. Another vehicle ditched further down the road was found still running with a broken chain attached to the bumper.

SAN ANTONIO – Another Torchy’s Tacos is heading to the Alamo City, this time in the Medical Center. The Austin-based taco chain announced its newest San Antonio location is set to open in February 2021. It will be housed at 8435 Wurzbach Road, situated between Fredericksburg Road and Sid Katz Drive. Torchy’s, which started as a food truck in Austin in 2006, first arrived in San Antonio in 2014 with a Lincoln Heights spot. Its Green Chile Queso and Diablo Sauce are also sold at Whole Foods stores in Texas.

SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified a man who was fatally struck late Saturday night while walking on a sidewalk in Leon Valley. Carlos Javier Sifuentes, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash that occurred around 11:55 p.m. in the 5400 block of Wurzbach Road, officials said. Following the incident, Leon Valley police arrested Rebecca Deleon on a charge of intoxicated manslaughter. Police said Deleon was traveling northbound on Wurzbach Road when she lost control of her vehicle, drove to the sidewalk and struck Sifuentes. Her vehicle also slammed into a tree in the parking lot of Wells Fargo.

Zaatar Lebanese Grill has already attracted fans thus far, with a five-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp. Zaatar Lebanese Grill has yet to share its business hours online.
