SAN ANTONIO – An 18-wheeler crash closed part of Loop 410 on the city’s East Side early Tuesday morning.
The crash happened sometime after 9 a.m. on Loop 410 southbound, just past Rigsby Avenue. Transguide reports that the crash involved a flatbed 18-wheeler.
While it’s not known what led to the crash. police said the truck rolled and the driver was stuck inside the vehicle before he was freed from the wreckage. He was transported to a hospital in an unknown condition.
Transguide says Loop 410 southbound just past Rigsby is presently closed. Motorists are advised to find an alternative route.
