SAN ANTONIO – A jack-knifed 18-wheeler caused a backup on the city’s South Side on the northbound lanes of Interstate 35, just before South Zarzamora Street.
It’s unclear how the accident happened, but all the northbound lanes are blocked. One southbound lane is also closed.
