Universal City Randolph sophomore Taylor Nunez returned home this weekend as an 8-time UIL Class 3A State Champion after powering the RoHawks to the team title. She’s one of many state medalists from the greater San Antonio area to leave their mark at Mike A. Myers Stadium this year. Meanwhile, Antonian softball prepares to defend their TAPPS 6A Division I State title.
