Battle of Flowers art contest winner announced Sunday

Over 300 art students from 33 area high schools competed for an opportunity to have their artwork featured for Battle of Flowers. The winner's art will be put on 10,000 of the Battle of Flowers band festival souvenir programs, with the theme "Viva Las Flores!" On Sunday, the winner was revealed as Isabella Carvajal from Southside High School.
