Owners hope security video leads to catalytic converter thief

Daycare vans -- that's the latest score for a catalytic converter thief who hasn't been caught in over a month. Boerne police say they believe the woman responsible is 36-year-old Heather Delgado. The owner of the vans hopes security video will help lead to her arrest.
