Two people suffer minor injuries after gun accidentally discharges at North Star Mall, police say

San Antonio Police are investigating after a gun was accidentally discharged at North Star Mall Saturday afternoon. Police said two people suffered minor injuries from bullet fragments. The suspect fled the mall after the incident.
