San Antonio veteran celebrates 100th birthday on Christmas Eve

Friday is Christmas Eve, but one San Antonio veteran also had another reason to be cheery — his 100th birthday. Buddy Cooper was born on Dec. 24, 1921. He served in World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War and then continued his service at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio.
