Balloon release held for man fatally shot on West Side street six years ago

Six years and still waiting -- that's the current situation for the family of Richard Ramos. On Saturday, his family hosted a balloon release in his honor. Ramos was found shot to death on North Picoso Street back in February of 2016. San Antonio police say he was meeting up with someone he met on Facebook to trade some items when he was shot.
