KSAT anchor Steve Spriester knighted by Royal Rosarians

KSAT's Steve Spriester was knighted by the Royal Rosarians -- official ambassadors from the city of Portland. They've been coming to Fiesta since 1995. The Royal Rosarians honor people they think have done good things in the community with knighthood.
