Phase One of the San Pedro Creek Culture Park is complete, just about ready for visitors

On Monday, county leaders and officials with the San Antonio River Authority gave a sneak peek of segments 1.2 and 1.3, stretching from Houston Street to Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
