Special education program helps students bloom with floral arrangement training

Valentine's Day is just a day away, and you still have the chance to get your loved one a beautiful bouquet. The Burleson School for Innovation and Education is a special education program where the students have often graduated from high school but still need instruction or other educational training to land a job. Year-round, the students run a flower shop to learn what it is like to work in a business. The flower shop sells flower bouquets that students help make, allowing them to build communication, organization, and people skills.
