A blooming family tradition: San Antonio women handcraft the flowers featured in Fiesta's Battle of Flowers Parade

Rose Garcia handcrafted crepe paper flowers for Fiesta for more than 50 years just like her mother before her. Now, she's passed the baton to her cousin, Ashley Casas, who is working to teach other women the craft.
