Man charged in deadly domestic violence case makes court appearance

Stephen Clare appeared in court Tuesday for the first time since a violent incident on April 10 that claimed the life of his 11-month old daughter and left his wife and 2-year-old daughter in the hospital. Clare is charged with capital murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Tuesday's hearing was held to schedule a bond hearing, which is scheduled for later this week.
