Backlogs persist at Bexar County jail after installation of new computer system, sheriff’s office says

A new computer system installed county-wide last week led to delays in booking and releasing inmates from the Bexar County jail, according to the sheriff's office. Even though the system is said to be up and running, some say the problems persist.
