Consumer news: More flights booked for Labor Day weekend, skipping in videos may cause more boredom

A federal judge in Texas has blocked the Federal Trade Commission from upholding its ban on noncompete clauses in contracts. AAA says domestic travel bookings for the Labor Day weekend are up 9% more than last year. And new research published in the "Journal of Experimental Psychology: General" shows skipping around a lot in the same video makes people more bored.
