SA woman slams Sheriff Salazar after felony bully prank case is rejected by prosecutors

A San Antonio woman who helped her son mix a drink that later sent an elementary school student to the hospital said the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office rushed to charge her with felony injury to a child, even though the child was not injured.
