Man injured after crashing car into utility pole, patio, SAPD says

A man was injured after he crashed his car into a utility pole and a raised patio after exiting the highway, according to San Antonio police. Officers said the crash happened in the 400 block of Hawthorne Street on the South Side around 3:40 a.m. Thursday.
