BCSO perp walks 17-year-old arrested for shooting, killing dog

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested a 17-year-old boy on Wednesday in connection with a dog’s death. Deputies said they arrested Michael Christopher George after they obtained video footage of him dragging a leashed dog behind his motorcycle on a gravel road.
