Wooden barn in Hondo goes up in flames; police searching for persons of interest

The Hondo Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify the persons of interest who may be connected to a New Year’s Day fire. First responders in Medina County were dispatched to a fire that engulfed an old wood-framed barn just after 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of 18th Street in Hondo.
