Man files lawsuit against SAPD officers who handcuffed, detained him after arriving at wrong address

A man, who was handcuffed and detained inside his Southeast Side home last year after San Antonio police showed up at the wrong address, has filed a lawsuit against the officers and SAPD, court records show.
