Judge Stephanie Boyd, citing a motion in limine agreed to by both sides, said Taymor McIntyre's defense team violated the motion on Tuesday designed to prevent either side of leveling accusations of “any crimes, wrongs or bad acts” against Mark Anthony Saldivar before approaching the bench.
