WATCH: Archdiocese of San Antonio announces transfer of new archbishop

The Archdiocese of San Antonio announced the transfer of a new auxiliary bishop to the administration, and he is a native of the city.  Auxiliary Bishop Jose Arturo Cepeda returns after serving with the City of Detroit’s archdiocese since 2011.
