Mountain Cedar Pollen Explosion

🤧MOUNTAIN CEDAR IS PEAKING🤧 We’ve been getting lots of pictures and videos on KSAT Connect of the mountain cedar pollen lifting from the trees in the Texas Hill Country. Thousands are feeling “cedar fever” allergies. The Hill Country is home to more than 35 million tons of mountain cedar (technically Ashe juniper) trees, according to the Texas A&M Forest Service. Cedar season usually comes to an end by Valentine’s Day. We post the daily pollen count on KSAT & KSAT.com.
